Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion (Promotion) is conducted by Motorama Automotive Pty Ltd ABN 12 102 332 790 of 1060 Ipswich Road, Moorooka, QLD 4105; Motorama Springwood Pty Ltd ABN 90 009 698 300 of 3455 Pacific Highway, Springwood, QLD 4127; and Motorama Automotive Hillcrest Pty Ltd ABN 12 102 332 790 of 80 Anzac Avenue, Browns Plains, QLD 4118 (Promoter).
2. Acceptance
Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 8:30am AEST on 20 October 2025 and closes at 5:30pm AEST on 19 December 2025 (Promotion Period).
4. Eligibility
a. Entry is open to individuals who purchase and take delivery of any Mitsubishi demonstrator vehicle at Motorama Mitsubishi Moorooka, Motorama Mitsubishi Hillcrest, or Motorama Mitsubishi Springwood during the Promotion Period.
b. Rental, government and fleet customers are ineligible.
c. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter are ineligible.
5. Entry
a. Eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry per vehicle purchased and delivered during the Promotion Period.
b. Additional entries will be awarded for each $1,000 spent on genuine Mitsubishi accessories and/or Motorama aftermarket products purchased alongside the vehicle.
6. Nature of Promotion
This Promotion is a game of chance as part of a sales campaign. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
7. Prize
a. One (1) winner will receive $10,000, awarded in the form of a cheque made payable to the winner.
b. The total prize pool value is AUD $10,000.
c. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
8. Prize Draw
a. The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 22 December 2025 at Motorama Mitsubishi Moorooka, 1060 Ipswich Road, Moorooka QLD 4105.
b. All valid entries will be placed into a physical box and one (1) entry will be drawn at random to determine the winner.
c. The winner will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) business days of the draw, and their name will be published on the Promoter’s website and official social media pages within seven (7) days of the draw.
9. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed within one (1) month of the draw, a redraw will take place at the same location and method on 22 January 2026. The winner of the redraw will be notified and published in the same manner as set out in clause 8.
10. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including service providers. By entering, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of conducting this Promotion and for future promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised. Entrants may opt out of receiving further communications at any time by contacting the Promoter.
11. Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury (including negligence) arising in any way out of this Promotion, including but not limited to:
a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
c. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected; or
d. use of the prize.
12. General
a. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion subject to applicable legislation.
b. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
